Good morning and welcome to another of our services with a difference. Although we can’t meet together in person, nevertheless God knows no barrier or restriction. As the Bible tells us, ‘nothing can separate us from the love of God.’
Our first song is a classic hymn, A Pilgrim Was I And A-Wandering, which comes from the Southwest Baptist Church, in Oklahoma City.
Our next hymn also comes from a Baptist Church in the USA, this time it’s Standing On The Promises from First Baptist, Atlanta.
Sometimes you hear people complain about ‘long, boring sermons.’ Well, we can’t comment on the latter but at one minute and two seconds, it certainly isn’t the former.
If you want to hear more like this, then visit HERE, as Stewart is doing a daily Thought For The Day in 2021.
Our final hymn is another well-known one, Guide Me, O Thou Great Redeemer – Or Cwm Rhondda (Rhondda Valley)as the tune is known in Welsh.
We hope that you have enjoyed today’s service. Stay safe everyone and don’t forget that you can contact our pastor any time on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you’re a church member then you will have his telephone number.
Thank you Lord, that you are still on the throne. Regardless of what we see happening around us, nothing comes as a surprise to you. You’re in control. Amen.
