Welcome. There’s no physical gathering, of course, due to the Coronavirus epidemic, but nevertheless, a warm welcome to our service with a difference.
Prayer. In these troubled times, we thank you for the peace that passes all human understanding. We may not know what tomorrow may bring but we know the one who holds tomorrow in his hands. Thank you Lord, for who you are. Amen.
Song. Our first hymn is a familiar one – All Things Bright And Beautiful – and is brought to us by Katherine Jenkins.
Thought. You never know how strong something is until you test it. The difficult time that we are all going through will be an indicator of where we are really at. A true test of character comes not when things are going well but when they aren’t.
Song. Again, another song with a different interpretation. This time it’s And Can It Be, performed by BYU-Idaho Choirs & Orchestra.
Song. This time round, a more familiar rendition, as The Relevant Choir sing The Old Rugged Cross.
Sermon. The lead image is explained in the short message, from Stewart Bloor, that you can watch below. Be challenged.
Close. We hope that you have enjoyed today’s service with a difference. We’re going to leave you with something different. Addicted To Jesus with Carman and DC Talk. Enjoy! Stay safe.
