From Armistic To Football, Variety is The Spice Of Life At Tipton Family Church – Weekly News

Last Sunday morning we dedicated the service to Armistice Day. We do so every year but with it being 100 years to the day that hostilities ended in the Great War, it had special significance.

Andy, who himself has served in the armed forces, read out the names of those from Park Methodist Chapel (it’s the building that we share with the Methodist Church) who lost their lives.

This Sunday (November 18) is another of our football-themed services. Starting at 10.30 a.m. and whether you’re in a shirt of your favourite team or not, we would love to see you.
